Contact Our Team
Can you meet +/- 0.005mm tolerances?
We use high-precision CNC machining to hit tight tolerances. We measure critical dimensions using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) to ensure every plate in your order is identical.
How do you ensure the plate is perfectly flat?
We use specialized fixtures and stress-relieved materials (like Al6061-T6) to prevent warping. Every batch undergoes a flatness check on a surface plate before shipping.
What is your process for protecting my IP?
We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before receiving files. Your designs are stored on a secure server, and we do not use customer parts for marketing without explicit permission.
Will the surface treatment interfere with grounding?
We offer Clear Chem Film (Alodine) or "masked" anodizing. This allows you to have a hard, protected surface while keeping specific contact points conductive for electrical grounding.
Can you provide Material Certifications (MTR)?
We provide Material Test Reports (MTR) with every order. This tracks the aluminum back to the original mill, confirming its chemical composition and strength.
How do you handle deburring and edge finishing?
All plates undergo tumble deburring or manual edge breaking. We ensure all "inside" corners and wire-routing holes are smooth to prevent cable abrasion during flight.
