More About Us

DroneCNCParts, a division of DEK, machines payload, avionics, gimbal and motor mount hardware for industrial UAV and UAS programs, to your drawing.

  • Who We Work For

Mechanical and airframe engineers at UAV manufacturers, payload developers, avionics companies and UAS integrators, and their buyers.

  • From Prototype to Production

Engineering prototype, flight-test hardware, pilot run, then repeat production on the same drawing and inspection plan.

  • Mechanical Parts Only

We machine the parts your engineers design. We do not sell electronics or complete drones, or resell branded parts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers on what we machine, order quantities, prototype timing, quote files, quality documents and confidentiality.

Send your drawing for a DFM review

Upload your CAD and 2D drawing. An engineer reviews it before machining, we sign NDAs on request, and repeat batches are built to the same inspection plan.

Do you sell off-the-shelf drone parts or electronics?
No. We machine custom mechanical UAV parts (payload and avionics housings, mounts, gimbal and structural parts) to your drawing; we do not sell flight controllers, motors, batteries or complete drones.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity: from a single prototype up to production runs of about 10,000 units.
How fast can you machine a prototype?
Typically 4 to 7 days after drawing approval, with DFM feedback within 12 hours.
What files do you need for a quote?
A 3D model (STEP preferred) plus a 2D drawing with tolerances, material and finish.
What quality documentation do you provide?
On request, we supply CMM dimensional reports and a first article inspection report. Parts are made with material and lot traceability under an ISO 9001-certified quality system.
Can you keep our design confidential?
Yes, we sign NDAs before receiving drawings.
